Hello, there, and welcome to Ideal Practice. I'm your host, Wendy Pitts, Reeves.

Starting from the ground up with no coach, no internet, no supportive Facebook group and, Lord knows, no business training or experience, I stumbled my way into building a private practice that was awesome for my clients, not so awesome for myself, and though I lost thousands of dollars at first, I eventually figured things out and built a six figure business and a successful group practice that was the go to counseling service in my town.

Through it all, I've learned some powerful and painful lessons about what happens when we, as healers, undervalue what we're worth. Not only do we not serve our clients, but we hurt our families,  ourselves, and our industry. And I want to change all of that.

Your purpose may be to make the world a better place, and Lord knows I love you for that, but the purpose of your business, honey, is to make money.
