I know you don’t like to brag - but you and I both know the truth. 

You’re really good at what you do. People who work with you get better. They’re happier. Their lives just work better. And you’re making a difference.

But is that all you need to be a successful practice owner? 

No, it isn’t. It takes more than that. You have to learn how to think like a business owner, which means paying attention to the business side of your practice, not just the healing side. 

So in today’s episode, we’ll explore 3 things a healthy practice needs to thrive, taking a look at: 

1. Healthy payment policies.
2. Effective systems and processes that make things easy for your clients (and yourself).
3. An abundance mindset, and a clear understanding of the purpose of your business.

Don’t get me wrong. Being good at what you do IS important. In some ways it matters more than anything else. But designing a practice that pays you well, supports your family, and serves your clients, requires a little more.
