What if One Question Could Change Everything?

Hey there,

Thinking about the topic of expansion this week. Where are you being called to expand in your life? in your practice? And who supports you in that expansion?

That’s what’s on my mind. And that’s what I’d like to explore.

With one video, one quote, one idea, and one thing you might want to try, here’s your 11:11 for today.

ONE VIDEO.

So many healers tell me that they don’t really need to make a lot of money, because they didn’t go into their line of work to make money in the first place. If they make enough to meet their needs, that’s good enough.

But what if settling for “good enough” is keeping you from something great? And what might happen if you could shift that thinking, with one simple question?

That’s what we’ll explore in today’s video. Check it out.

ONE QUOTE.

There’s only a limit to how far you can see,
not to how far you can go.

- Wendy Pitts Reeves

ONE IDEA.

I just got back from a week at the beach with a small group of some of my very best friends, a circle of sisterhood that lifts me like no other.

They come from many different places in my history, but they all have something special in common. Every single one of them are expansive thinkers who believe anything is possible. They are leaders, encouragers, entrepreneurs and alchemists. They are mamas and sisters and scientists and teachers.

They are wise women.

Who are the wise women in your life? Are you getting nearly enough time with them? If not, what could you do to change that?

The people we surround ourselves with have a huge impact on our own level of success. These women never let me get away with playing small. One lack-minded sentence and they shout in unison, “Story!” (As in, That’s a story you’re telling yourself! Change it!)

We all need people like that in our lives.

Who does that for you?

ONE THING to TRY.

If you have a wise woman in your life who helps you remember that anything really IS possible, reach out to her this week. Set up a coffee date. Or a happy hour. Spend time together. Tell her what you’re working on. Ask her what she’s working on.

Call each other up to a higher place.

And enjoy every moment.

Til next time,

P.S. Have you heard of the Ideal Practice Community? Things are happening over there. We’ve had a lot of new folks joining us, and would love to have you too. Check it out here.

OVERHEARD.

“Okay, I think I’m getting it…In the process of re-visioning my future, I am breaking through the limitations of my own thinking. This is true freedom. Suddenly, I am no longer fearful of making my income goals without insurance or even without traditional psychotherapy services. I see a way forward that was beyond my imagining!” — One of my students
