Where Are You Going? How Are You Being Called to Expand?

Hey there,

Each day this month, I’m offering you 4 gifts: an image, a quote, an idea, and an action you might want to try. If this is helpful, enjoy! (And please share with others who might need a little boost.)

ONE QUOTE

“It isn’t where you came from.
It’s where you’re going that counts.”
― Ella Fitzgerald (1917-1996) American jazz singer, “The Queen of Jazz”

ONE IDEA

So where are you going?

You may not feel like you’re going anywhere right now, especially when the world around us is on lock-down, our roads, stores, churches and synagogues standing nearly empty.

But time is a fluid thing, and the stars still move across the night sky.

When I took my pup out for her walk tonight, there was a giant, perfect ring around the half full moon. We stood there for a moment, admiring the moon, feeling the night air, taking time to breathe and Be.

I am impatient and eager to be on my way, but I am being asked to pause for a reason. I am reminded to keep coming back to center, to remember that things unfold as they should, and that it’s okay to pause.

ONE THING to TRY

So again, I ask. Where are you going, in your life, and in your business? How are you being called to expand? Where are you being invited to explore new ideas, new possibilities, or just new ways of Being in the world?

Sometimes it’s about picking up speed and moving towards a goal with renewed commitment and clarity.

Sometimes it’s about resting our oars, looking up at the stars, and allowing our boat to drift along with our thoughts.

What is this time about, for you? I’d love to hear.

Be well,

P.S. If you like these daily bits of encouragement, let me know. Thanks!
