The Number One Marketing Mistake (no one talks about)

Hey there!

This week, we’re shining a light on the #1 thing many of you are totally leaving out of your message to your Ideal Clients. Although this could make you a little squirmy, my hope is that it will also make you more profitable - and more proud.

Below, you’ll find one video, one quote, one idea, and one thing you might want to try.

Here’s your 11:11 for today.

ONE VIDEO.

Know the biggest mistake that most healers make when it comes to marketing their private practice?

No, it’s not using SEO or building a list or even having the best prices.

It’s something else entirely - something you probably never think of - or maybe even actively avoid! Watch this video to learn what might be missing from YOUR marketing, and never make that mistake again.

ONE QUOTE.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
– Marianne Williamson

ONE IDEA.

Yep. I posted that whole quote.

Tried to edit it to make it shorter. Couldn’t. It’s too important.

I’ve read that quote to counselling clients for years, always in an attempt to get them to see the beauty of who they are.

Now I am bringing that same message to you, as a private practice owner. Do your clients know how awesome you are? Are you ready to stop apologizing and start celebrating what you bring to your work with them?

If you’re still hesitating to own what makes you you in your marketing, I urge you to move forward. Step up. Let the You that is “brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous” show up in your message.

If you’re not sure how, shoot me a text, a Voxer, a What’s App, an email, a DM - whatever you need to do. But let’s get you out there.

ONE THING to TRY.

In the video I suggested a specific exercise that will help you tell whether your uniqueness comes through in your marketing copy, whether it’s through your social media profiles or your website.

Do that. See what you learn.

And I’ll see you next week.

Much love,

P.S. If you really don’t know what I’m talking about in this message, you and I need to talk. Consider signing up for a Quick Start Consult today.

OVERHEARD:

YOU ROCK MY WORLD! You took a big jumbled mess in my head and dialed in on it to make it more clear. I couldn't tackle what was in my head, but now I've got it! Why shouldn't I sell my formula for success? Couples appreciate it. Therapists will too. And you helped me realize that for myself! Thank you!!
