You know, I cry when I'm proud.
Or maybe you don't know that - but I do.

And every time you share a WIN with me, I clap my hands, shout 'Oh YAY!', and twirls around in my desk chair. (Seriously. You would laugh.)

And why do I do that? Because your success matters, and what you do impacts others. Every time you celebrate a win of any kind, you are showing others that they, too, can do Big Things. Sharing your accomplishments creates a vortex of positive energy that we all benefit from. Every time.

Because EVERY win counts.

We know it feels weird sometimes to celebrate yourself - but we want to change that. Because you never know how your story will encourage someone else. And especially for our women friends, colleagues and clients - learning how to celebrate ourselves, our progress, our wins, makes it easier for our sisters to do the same.
