Rollin’ In It: A Few Thoughts About the New Year

Happy new year, dear friends…

I hope you’ve had a lovely holiday season, and that you are moving into the New Year with clarity and eager anticipation for all that is possible for you next year.

Goodness knows I see what is possible for you – and I can’t wait to watch it unfold.

By the end of this year, I expect to see you rollin’ in it – and you’ll have to watch the video to see what I mean by that. ;)

I always think of this as a magic time of year.

I call it “The Great In-Between”, that moment of stillness between what has been, and what is coming.

It’s a perfect time to stand still, take a deep breath, and tune in to our inner world.

When you’re an entrepreneur, this time takes on even more meaning.

So take a moment to step outside tonight, glance up at the mid-winter stars, and just breathe in all that space. Allow your thoughts, and spirit, to expand.

Offer a quick thanks to the Universe for who you have become in 2017 and how you have grown.

And set an intention for 2018, asking the Universe to support you as you do.

In this short video, I’ll share with you three things that I realized over the past year, some of which frustrate me – even as I understand them. I’ll also share a few intentions I’m setting for myself and my business in 2018. (So that you can hold me accountable!)

I’d love to hear the same from you.

What was one big “aha!” that added to your understanding of your business, or your self, this year?

And what is one primary intention you’re setting for your business in the coming year?

I’m not talking about resolutions. I’m not looking for rigid determination. I’m talking about who you want to be, how you want to show up, and where you want your business to go.

I’ve certainly been thinking about that myself, and I’m excited about what I see on the horizon. I hope you are too.

Oh – and at the end of the video, I shared a little “money mindset tool” that my bookkeeper sent me in the mail this week. It made me laugh, and totally sets the tone for where I think we can ALL go this year.

(Be sure to watch to the end so you see that. I think you’ll get a kick out of it too.)

And I’d love to hear from you in the comments below, so that we can support one another, and hold each other accountable over the coming weeks and months.

It’s going to be a tremendous year for taking action. I intend to make a lot happen, and I hope you’ll join me for the journey. Because although it may feel a little crazy at times, it’s all good.

And it’s going to be fun. After all, isn’t that what makes it all worth it?

I certainly think so.

Love to all, and Happy New Year!

Happy new year to you as well. Loved the video! A big aha for me this year was learning the value of hiring a person to teach me a new CRM which has greatly improved cash flow and the value of delegating more. I also chose to hire a professional videographer/photographer who has been creating videos of some of our larger events for us to use, and he is currently creating a marketing video for me. I love it!

In 2018 I intend to have a significant increase in profitability and efficiency!! Going to be our best year ever! In fact it will be Above the Rest

This is terrific, Dianna! Good for you! There is so much value in not only creating the right system for various aspects of your business, but in learning to USE those systems efficiently and effectively. Let us know how it’s going as the year unfolds!
